CUSTOM ORDERS
We are the leading providers of custom luxe wigs in the UK. We can tailor our wigs to your unique specifications, such as hairline shape, cap size and texture. We also provide a professional colour service for any in-trend colours!. There are 2 custom option: express custom and standard. With the express option, we aim to make your wig within 2 working weeks. However, if you have more specific alterations, such as hairline shape, then you can place an order from the standard custom wig menu. If you would like to enquire further about our custom wigs then feel free to send us a message using the chat function or submit your enquiry using our contact form. WHAT GRADE OF HAIR DO YOU SELL?
We only use 100% unprocessed virgin and remy for all of our units. There is no such thing as 10a/ 12a hair etc; that is a marketing gimmick as there is no official grading system, so those numbers unfortunately mean nothing. If you are seeking premium quality hair, what needs to be established is if the hair is unprocessed (virgin) with the cuticles intact and aligned. Generally this hair will come from a single donor.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We are not accepting returns currently. However, if you need to cancel or change your order before processing has started please send us an email.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO BE PROCESSED?
All Hair Accessories and Ready-made wigs are available for immediate dispatch and can be delivered between 1-3 days depending on your delivery method selected at checkout.
Express Custom wigs - we aim to process your order within 14 working days
Standard custom wigs can take between 45 - 75 days
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY OPTIONS?
Standard delivery will take 2-3 days after processing is complete
1st class delivery will take 1-2 days after processing is complete
Next day delivery is available for our readymade units and accessories on orders placed before 13:00pm Monday to Friday
